Holding off on grand opening, but six beers will be on tap Saturday.

The brewpub is slated to open Saturday.
“It’ll be mostly a tap room with some real basic food to start,” Lukasik said. “And eventually grow to include a bigger menu.”
He said he has been home brewing for 19 years and has developed a following in western New York.
“I started the business a few years ago and over the last year fabricated the tanks and process equipment and last year started renovating the building itself.”
Most importantly, Lukasik said, he’ll be opening with six types of beers: a Kolsch, a wheat beer, an America pale ale, an oatmeal stout, Helles Bock and an oatmeal stout on nitro.
